所谓“双零管理”,就是以加速资金流转为主要目标的零库存管理和以强化职工的质量观念为主要目的的零缺陷管理。零库存管理要求在库原材料、零配件、产成品达到最少,资金效益达到最高。零缺陷管理要求企业职工在生产过程中树立“十全十美”的观念,鼓励职工在生产中不发生任何错误而完成自己的工作,一旦有了错误必须立即纠正。显然,“双零管理”所要追求的是高境界的企业管理效果,它要求建立一套严格的科学管理程序。
The so-called “double-zero management” is zero defect management with the main objective of accelerating the circulation of capital and zero-defect management with the purpose of strengthening employees’ quality concept. Zero inventory management requires that the raw materials, spare parts and finished products in the library reach the minimum and the capital efficiency reaches the highest. Zero-defect management requires that employees in the production process establish the concept of “all perfection” and encourage employees to complete their work without any errors in production. Once errors have occurred, they must be corrected immediately. Obviously, the “double zero management” is pursuing the effect of high-level corporate management. It requires the establishment of a strict set of scientific management procedures.
