目的 探讨表皮生长因子与子宫肌瘤的关系。方法 用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)测定 2 2例子宫肌瘤患者子宫肌瘤组织和正常子宫平滑肌组织内表皮生长因子 (EGF)水平。结果 正常子宫平滑肌组织EGF质量浓度为 (16 6 4± 7 6 9)mg/L ,肌瘤组织EGF质量浓度为 (2 1 38± 7 75 )mg/L ,肌瘤组织EGF质量浓度显著高于正常平滑肌组织 (P <0 0 5 )。肌瘤组织EGF质量浓度分泌期为 (2 3 94± 5 83)mg/L ,增生期为 (17 2 3±7 13)mg/L ,两者之间有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 EGF在子宫肌瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用 ,EGF的合成可能受孕激素的调节。
Objective To investigate the relationship between epidermal growth factor and uterine fibroids. Methods The levels of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in uterine fibroid tissue and normal uterine smooth muscle tissue of 22 patients with uterine fibroids were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The EGF concentration in normal uterine smooth muscle tissue was (16 6 4 ± 7 6 9) mg / L, that in myoma tissue was (21 38 ± 7 75) mg / L, and that in myoma tissue was significantly higher than that in myometrium Normal smooth muscle tissue (P <0 05). There was a significant difference (P <0 05) between the two groups in the secretion of EGF (2 3 94 ± 5 83 mg / L) and the proliferative phase (17 2 3 ± 7 13 mg / L) . Conclusion EGF plays an important role in the development of uterine fibroids. The synthesis of EGF may be regulated by progesterone.
