采用FDW-1催化剂对含蜡重柴油临氢降凝工艺过程进行了研究,考察了不同原料油、反应压力、空速和氢油比对临红降凝(HDW)过程的影响以及催化剂氢活化和氧再生的性能。试验结果表明:原料油种类、反应压力、空速及氢油比均对HDW过程有一定影响,反应温度取决于原料油的性质和降凝深度,并影响产品分布。该催化剂具有良好的氢活化及氧再生效果。
The FDW-1 catalyst was used to study the process of hydrodewaxing of waxy heavy diesel. The effects of different feedstocks, reaction pressure, space velocity and hydrogen / oil ratio on the process of REDWH and hydrogen activation And oxygen regeneration performance. The experimental results show that the types of raw oil, reaction pressure, space velocity and hydrogen to oil ratio all have certain influence on HDW process. The reaction temperature depends on the nature of feedstock and the depth of condensation, and affects the product distribution. The catalyst has good hydrogen activation and oxygen regeneration effect.
