32年的极地事业,形成了大量的极地基建档案,包括在极地环境下施工形成的基建档案,也包括国内施工项目的基建档案,这些档案真实地记录和见证了中国极地考察事业的发展历程,具有重要的保存价值和参考价值。本文主要介绍了极地基建档案的含义,并探讨了其特点、管理中存在的问题,并结合实际工作检验尝试提出对策及建议,以期对提升基建档案管理有所裨益。
The polar cause of 32 years has resulted in a large number of archives of polar infrastructure, including infrastructure archives constructed under polar environment and infrastructure archives of domestic construction projects. These archives truly record and witness the development history of China’s polar exploration undertakings, Has important preservation value and reference value. This article mainly introduces the meaning of polar infrastructure archives, discusses its characteristics and problems in management, and tries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on actual work inspection in the hope of improving the management of infrastructure archives.
