“妊娠菌尿”,系指在孕妇的尿路中有细菌繁殖但又无感染症状而言,故又称无症状性菌尿,简称菌尿。很早就有人注意到了妊娠菌尿的现象,但未引起多数人的重视。六十年代有的作者提出治疗妊娠菌尿以根除泌尿路感染,但意见分歧。直到七十年代,对于妊娠菌尿的概念及其临床意义的认识才逐渐统一起来。随着对妊娠菌尿这一潜在性泌尿路感染疾患,对母儿的危害性及其引起的严重后果认识的深化,妊娠菌尿的问题亦日趋为人们所重视。妊娠菌尿的诊断根据,是以连续二次清洁中段尿中均有菌落计数10万个/毫升的同种微生物(不包括杜氏杆菌和乳酸杆菌)为标准。近年来,
