石化管道企业是联系中国石化上中下游企业的桥梁和纽带,加强石化管道企业内部控制的贯彻实施,能够科学有效地规范经营管理行为,切实防范风险,提高经营效率和效果。本文首先阐述了内部控制的内涵及其在石化管道企业实施的重要性,然后对其实施现状进行了分析,最后针对实施中的问题提出建议,以便于内部控制在石化管道企业中得以更好的实施。
