我是谁?我拥有什么?我要做什么?我能帮助谁……有的人通过这一系列问题设计成立了自己的基金会,有的人寻找到最佳服务模式,有的人重塑了自己的形象。企业需要设计商业模式来盈利,个人同样需要它来重塑人生。商业模式画布(见本刊2011年9月号)不但能描述企业的商业模式,它也能描述个人的商业模式,当然这两者之间还是略微有些区别的。在个人商业模式中,核心资源即你自己,包括你的兴趣、技能、个性以及你掌握的资源。在组织机构中,核心资源的范围通常更为广泛,如包括其他员工。
Who am I? What do I have? What do I want to do? Who can I help? Some people design their own foundations through this series of questions. Some people look for the best service mode and some remodel My own image. Businesses need to design business models for profitability, and individuals also need it to reshape life. Business Models Canvas (see article in September 2011 issue) can not only describe the business model of business, it can also describe the individual business model, of course, there is a slight difference between the two. In the personal business model, the core resource is yourself, including your interests, skills, personalities, and resources you have. In an organization, the core resources are usually broader in scope, including other employees.
