许多高校学生党建工作实践表明,由于党员教育管理不到位,尤其是党员质量评估机制的缺乏,导致少部分大学生党员缺乏党性修养,党员意识和组织纪律观念淡薄。学生党员质量评估标准体系及其运行是完善高职院校学生党员质量保障机制体系必不可少的一部分。文章提出了高职院校学生党员质量评估标准体系的内容、构建原则及其运行机制。
The practice of party building in many colleges and universities shows that due to the lack of education and management of party members, especially the lack of party members ’quality assessment mechanisms, a small number of college student party members lack the awareness of party spirit cultivation and the party members’ awareness and organizational discipline are weak. The student party members quality evaluation standard system and its operation is an indispensable part of perfecting the system of student party members’ quality assurance in higher vocational colleges. The article puts forward the content, construction principle and operating mechanism of the quality evaluation standard system of student party members in higher vocational colleges.
