自去年9月反盗窃斗争在全国范围内开展以来,各级人民法院认真学习领会中央社会治安综合治理委员会“9·3”电话会议精神,充分认识当前开展反盗窃斗争的紧迫性和必要性,增强了广大干警搞好反盗窃斗争的责任感和积极性。许多法院还成立了反盗窃斗争工作领导小组,由院领导亲自挂帅,精心组织和指挥,并调配业务骨干以充实和加强办理盗窃案件的审判力量,从而确保了反盗窃斗争的顺利开展。
Since the fight against theft was launched nationwide in September last year, people’s courts at all levels have earnestly studied and comprehension of the “9 · 3” conference call of the Central Commission for Social Security Administration and fully understand the urgency and necessity of launching the anti-theft fight. Enhance the responsibility and enthusiasm of the majority of officers and men in the fight against theft. Many courts also set up a leading group in anti-theft struggle, which is personally led by the leaders of the academy, well-organized and directed, and deployed the backbone of the business to enrich and strengthen the trial power of handling theft cases so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the anti-theft struggle.
