2006年3月开始,全国备灾工作开始全面提速。目前,民政部已经在全国范围内建立了10个国家级救灾物资储备库,这10个国家级救灾物资储备库分布在天津、沈阳、哈尔滨、合肥、郑州、武汉、长沙、南宁、成都、西安10个城市。在往年的救灾工作中,这10个国家级救灾物资储备库发挥了重要的作用。新的一年里,这十大储备库又纷纷推出了新的思路、新的举措,为2006年备灾工作奠定了基础。
From March 2006 onwards, the nationwide disaster preparedness began its full speed-up. At present, the Ministry of Civil Affairs has set up 10 national disaster relief material reserves nationwide, which are distributed in Tianjin, Shenyang, Harbin, Hefei, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Nanning, Chengdu, Xi’an 10 cities. In previous years’ relief work, these 10 national disaster relief material reserves played an important role. In the new year, these ten major reserve banks have also launched new ideas and new measures, laying the foundation for disaster preparedness work in 2006.
