为了调查我省自然环境中产毒肉毒梭状芽胞杆菌的污染情况,于1985~1986年,对10个市、县的土壤及发酵豆制品进行了采样调查。从各调查点共采取样品358份,其中土壤样品325份,发酵豆制品33份。按卫生部颁布的食品卫生标准检验方法,对样品进行增殖产毒培养,动物实验和分型试验。检出产毒肉毒梭状芽胞杆菌阳性样品5份、阳性检出率为1.4%,阳性样品均系土壤样品。菌型有 A 型4份,AB 混合型1份。这一调查结果证实,我省自然环境中有产毒肉毒梭菌芽胞存在,并初步了解其地理及菌型分布情况。
In order to investigate the pollution of Clostridium botulinum producing in the natural environment in our province, from 1985 to 1986, the soil and fermented soybean products of 10 cities and counties were sampled and investigated. A total of 358 samples were taken from all survey sites, including 325 soil samples and 33 fermented soy products. According to the Ministry of Health issued by the food hygiene standards test methods, the samples were proliferated toxin culture, animal experiments and typing test. 5 positive Clostridium botulinum positive samples were detected, the positive detection rate was 1.4%, the positive samples were soil samples. There are 4 strains of type A and 1 mixture of AB. The survey results confirmed that the natural environment in our province there is drug-producing Clostridium botulinum spores exist, and a preliminary understanding of its geographical and bacterial distribution.
