本文对微机化硬支承动平衡机测试系统提出一种用加试重进行递推标定的方法.根据系统的有关几何尺寸和加试重后的测试值,可用递推公式准确求出支承刚度系数、传感器灵敏度等系统综合影响系数,一次完成标定。本文从理论上推导了系统标定的递推公式,并以实例说明标定的步骤,其结果验证了该标定法的可靠性和精度。
In this paper, we propose a method of recursive calibration by adding trial weight to the computerized hard-supported dynamic balancing machine test system.According to the relevant geometric size of the system and the test value after adding the test weight, the recursion formula can be used to accurately calculate the stiffness coefficient , Sensor sensitivity and other comprehensive impact coefficient system, a complete calibration. In this paper, the recursion formula of system calibration is deduced theoretically, and the steps of calibration are explained by examples. The results verify the reliability and accuracy of the calibration method.
