(一)《我要做合格小公民》是一首供中小学生传唱的校园歌曲,创作于2002年。据辽宁省关心下一代工作委员会办公室2003年1月统计,全省已有102.52万孩子学唱这首歌曲。歌曲还被内蒙、新疆、西藏、延边等地电台、电视台及关爱未成年人成长的人士翻译成朝文、蒙文、维吾尔文、藏文,在吉林省延边、内蒙古、新疆、西藏等少数民族地区传唱。在2003年进行的全省校园歌曲评奖活动中,这首歌曲获得一等奖,并获得了中国关心下一代工作委员会、中国文联领导的好评和关注,以及李长春、刘云山同志的关注。
