冠心病猝死多发生于医院外,约90%以上的心脏性猝死是心室颤动。我们最近成功地救治1例急性心肌梗塞并发室颤的病人,现报道如下。患者男性,52岁。因劳累于1984年5月28日14时许上班前突然感胸骨上部剧痛难忍,伴以憋气,左上肢发麻,口含三硝酸甘油1片无效,遂勉强骑自行车约500m到本门诊部就诊。近期检查心电图正常(见图1)。14时10分查体,患者意识清楚,表情痛苦,
Sudden death of coronary heart disease occurs in the hospital, about 90% of sudden cardiac death is ventricular fibrillation.
