目的总结miRNA-221/222与甲状腺癌之间关系的研究现状,探讨其在甲状腺癌诊断与治疗中的重要作用。方法检索并筛选近年来国内外发表的有关miRNA-221/222与甲状腺癌诊治的文献并对其进行综述。结果 miRNA-221/222是甲状腺癌特异性和敏感性较高的肿瘤标志物,对甲状腺癌的诊断、治疗及预后判断具有重要意义。结论 miRNA-221/222不但与甲状腺癌的诊断相关,也为甲状腺癌的基因治疗提供了新的研究方向和方法。
Objective To summarize the current situation of the relationship between miRNA-221/222 and thyroid cancer, and to explore its important role in the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer. Methods The literature about the diagnosis and treatment of miRNA-221/222 and thyroid cancer published in recent years was searched and screened and reviewed. Results miRNA-221/222 is a specific and sensitive marker of thyroid cancer, which is of great significance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of thyroid cancer. Conclusion miRNA-221/222 is not only related to the diagnosis of thyroid cancer, but also provides a new research direction and method for the gene therapy of thyroid cancer.
