本文提出了用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定磷的最佳条件。以硝酸镧作为基体改进剂可提高灰化温度和灵敏度,并可消除100倍过量的某些共存元素的干扰及≤3%(V/V)的硝酸和高氯酸的影响。探讨了镧的基体改进效应的机理。方法用于测定颗粒粕(甜菜厂付产品)中磷。回收率95~105%,相对标准偏差为±1.5%检出限为2.4×10~9克。
This paper presents the best determination of phosphorus by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Using lanthanum nitrate as a matrix modifier can improve ashing temperature and sensitivity and eliminate the interference of certain coexisting elements in excess of 100 times and the effect of nitric acid and perchloric acid with ≤3% (V / V). The mechanism of improving the matrix of lanthanum was discussed. The method was used to determine phosphorus in pellet meal (sugar beet factory pay products). The recoveries ranged from 95% to 105% with the relative standard deviations of ± 1.5% and the detection limits of 2.4 × 10 ~ 9g.
