随着我国出版事业宏观布局及结构的调整,高校科技期刊即将面临更为激烈的市场竞争,出版人才队伍建设显得十分迫切。目前高校科技期刊出版队伍仍存在一些不足和问题,表现为人才结构不合理,缺少经营性管理人才;编辑人员的“市场意识”、“创新意识”亟待加强;缺少有效的人才管理机制。因此应从战略的高度加强编辑队伍建设,合理调整编辑队伍的人员结构;培养经营性的“领军人才”;抓好编辑团队建设,增强凝聚力;按照市场规律抓好编辑队伍建设。
With the macro-layout and structural adjustment of publishing industry in our country, the sci-tech periodicals in colleges and universities will face more fierce market competition and the construction of publishing talents ranks very urgent. At present, there are still some shortcomings and problems in the publishing team of scientific and technological periodicals in colleges and universities, such as irrational talent structure and lack of managerial personnel; editorial staff urgently needs to strengthen market awareness and innovation consciousness; lack of effective talent management mechanism. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the editorial team building from the strategic height, reasonably adjust the staff structure of the editorial team, cultivate the operating “leading talents”, grasp the editorial team building, enhance the cohesion, and do a good job in editorial team building in accordance with market rules.
