2005年的春天,一个从理念到荧屏、再到平面的立体化的传媒运作方式出现了,这就是北京房地产业高峰论坛、《北京房地产》杂志、北广传媒数字电视置业频道三位一体化共同打造的互动平台。它的出现,标志着北京房地产业发展史上掀开了新的一页,同时也标志着传媒集团与行业协会之间有了一种崭新的合作方式。北京房地产高峰论坛的成立从组织形式和其主要目的上都体现了团结、交流、促进和引导北京房地产业向健康繁荣的方向发展。因此一定会受到北京房地产业人士极大的关注和支持。北广传媒数字电视置业频道的开播虽然算不上是开我国数字电视之先河,但的确是开我国房地产业专业数字电视之先河,是一种将未来几年北京电视数字化的发展趋势早已收入眼界的举措。如同与会者表示的那样:“3月24日这天,会被载入我国房地产业发展的史册。”当然,北京房地产业高峰论坛的成立和北广传媒数字电视置业频道的开播仅仅是迈出了第一步。但仅此一步,就跨跃了历史,因为这是创造性的一步。将论坛、电视和杂志三者有机地互动起来也是一种创造。因为这三者搭建起来的立体平台可以承载北京房地产业的全部信息,可以有声、有色、能看、能读、能论,全天候地满足人们的要求。北京房地产业需要这样一座全新的平台。
