目的:通过对徐州市孕妇孕期营养知信行状况及其影响因素的了解,为孕期营养教育及改善和提高新生儿的健康状况提供依据。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,对徐州市426名孕妇进行问卷调查。结果:徐州市孕期营养KAP总合格率56.8%;335以上的孕妇每天摄入粮谷类、奶类、蔬菜类和水果类食物,342位孕妇不食用油炸、腌制类食物和剩饭菜,动物内脏及动物血制品摄入较少;孕妇营养态度普遍较好;结论:建议提高医护人员的营养知识技能水平,利用公共传媒等平台加强有医务人员和营养师参与的咨询和讲座的力度,宣讲食物的营养价值及推荐合理的膳食结构,指导孕妇合理饮食,促进母子健康。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the nutritional status of pregnant women during pregnancy in Xuzhou and its influencing factors, and to provide basis for nutrition education during pregnancy and to improve and improve the health status of newborns.
