目的:对姜黄素脂肪乳剂的处方与制备工艺进行研究。方法:采用正交试验法,以姜黄素含量为指标,载药量、卵磷脂用量以及p H值为考察因素,对处方组成进行优化;采用正交试验法,以外观、含量以及粒径为指标进行综合评分,初乳温度、剪切时间、均质压力为考察因素,对制备工艺进行优化;并进行处方工艺重现性考察。结果:优选的制备工艺重现性良好,质量可控,载药量为0.5 mg/m L,p H值为5.0,平均粒径约为200 nm。结论:确定的姜黄素脂肪乳剂的处方工艺可行,为姜黄素的研究与应用奠定了基础。
Objective: To study the prescription and preparation of curcumin fat emulsion. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to evaluate the composition of curcumin with the content of curcumin, drug loading, lecithin dosage and p H value. The orthogonal design was used to optimize the formulation. The appearance, content and particle size were Index comprehensive score, colostrum temperature, shear time, homogenization pressure as the investigation factors, to optimize the preparation process; and recheck the prescription process. Results: The optimal preparation method was reproducible and the quality was controlled. The drug loading was 0.5 mg / m L, the p H value was 5.0 and the average particle diameter was about 200 nm. Conclusion: The prescription of curcumin fat emulsion is feasible, which lays the foundation for the research and application of curcumin.
