本文以 C620—1型普通车床为研究对象,用传递矩阵法,通过 BASIC 语言编程,在 APPLE—3型计算机上计算出主轴部件的静变形、二阶固有频率及相应的主振型和受迫振动下的幅频特性,并经过实验验证,说明建模比较合理。文章对如何建立合理模型作了较详细的论述,在此基础上,对主轴的悬伸 a、支承跨距 L 和支承刚度 K 等参数进行了优化设计,并指出各参数的选择原则,为改进机床设计提供了参考依据。
In this paper, the C620-1-type lathe as the research object, using transfer matrix method, the BASIC language programming, the APPLE-3-type computer to calculate the static deformation of the spindle components, the second natural frequency and the corresponding main mode and forced Vibration amplitude-frequency characteristics, and experimentally verified, indicating that the modeling is more reasonable.
