在新形势下,陕西体育产业发展的新任务、新政策、新措施。一要尽快制定陕西体育产业发展规划,准确定位发展方向和发展目标,合理布局和调整体育产业结构;二要尽快设立政府体育产业发展引导资金和发展基金、专项资金,强化政府对体育产业投融资支持力度;三要尽快出台和落实体育产业发展的优惠政策;四要尽快盘活体育市场资源;五要尽快建立体育产业人才培养机制,加大体育产业人才培养力度;六要加强对体育产业工作的领导,建立多部门合作的体育产业发展协调机制。
