根据生产需要,我厂对C630车床进行改装设计,制成粗、精车曲轴仿形车床各两台,后又设计、制造了一台中心高为150mm的小型液压仿形车床。这五台仿形车床均采用了双边随动阀。本文就双边随动阀的设计、参数选择及制造、调试等方面,谈谈自己的体会。一、两种不变压力腔的配置在双边滑阀式液压随动系统中,当控制滑阀移动时,依靠两个阀口(又称双边)控制液流,使油缸的一个油腔压力发生变叱,另一油腔压力不变,来实现自动调节。
