At the turn of the millennium, Reform Magazine recently held a seminar on “Development and Reform of China’s Economy in the 21st Century” at Beijing’s New Mood Hotel. More than 10 experts and scholars spoke warmly about this topic and held some useful contention . Presentations of experts and scholars at the seminar are now published in a memoir to readers.
