目的:探讨激光光凝联合中药治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的效果。方法:76例非增殖型糖尿病性视网膜病变患者行全视网膜光凝术后,随机分为两组:治疗组39例(64眼),其中术前黄斑水肿16例,激光光凝术后配合中药辨证治疗;对照组37例(61眼),其中术前黄斑水肿14例,单纯给予激光手术治疗。治疗2个月进行视力、眼底荧光造影等检查。结果:治疗组视力提高及保持不变者59眼,视力降低者5眼,黄斑水肿减轻15眼,微血管瘤消退53眼;对照组视力提高及保持不变者53眼,视力降低者8眼,黄斑水肿减轻12眼,微血管瘤消退43眼;治疗组和对照组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变有效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of laser photocoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Totally 76 patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy underwent total retinal photocoagulation and were randomly divided into two groups: 39 cases (64 eyes) in the treatment group, including 16 cases of preoperative macular edema, laser photocoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine 36 cases of control group (61 eyes), including 14 cases of preoperative macular edema, laser surgery alone was given. Treatment for 2 months for vision, fundus fluorescein angiography and other tests. Results: In the treatment group, 59 eyes with visual acuity improvement, 5 eyes with decreased vision, 15 eyes with macular edema and 53 eyes with subtle hemangioma disappeared in the treatment group. In the control group, the visual acuity increased and remained unchanged in 53 eyes, the vision decreased in 8 eyes, There were 12 eyes with macular edema and 43 eyes with subtle hemangiomas. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy is effective.
