采用随机分组、自身交叉对比的方法,观察了格拉诺赛特(Granocyte,rhG-CSF)和生白能(Leuco-max,rhGM-CSF)对晚期鼻咽癌PI方案(紫杉醇+异环磷酰胺)强烈化疗后白细胞和血小板减少症的防治作用及毒副反应。患者随机分成A、B两组(各10例)。A组第一周期化疗后加用格拉诺赛特,第二周期加用生白能;B组第一周期加用生白能,每二周期加用格拉诺赛特。两药均在化疗药物末次给药后24h起,100μg/次,每日1次皮下注射。结果表明,格拉诺赛特减轻化疗引起的白细胞和中性粒细胞下降的程度、持续时间均比生白能的作用强。生白能似乎在促进血小板下降的恢复方面有一定的优势。
