目的:探讨对心血管内科患者早期实施护理干预的意义,对心血管内科护患关系建立的影响进行分析。方法:将我院心血管内科所收治的56例患者进行随机分组,分为观察组与对照组,每组患者分别为28例,并且两组患者在我院住院期间,均对其采取常规的护理干预方法,而观察组的患者则在常规护理干预的基础上,实施早期的护理干预。在两组患者接受手术后的第5~6天,采取护患关系信任度量表进行全面的调查,从而对护患关系情况进行总结。结果:对两组患者所产生的护患关系信任度的调查结果进行综合统计,在其总分上并没有统计学意义,两组结果显示,P值均大于0.05;而在护患关系信任度的41个综合项目当中,观察组存在32项的平均分大于对照组,另外8个项目,在经过了统计学的分析后,P值均小于0.05,其差异具有统计学意义。结论:合理有效的护理干预,可以加强护患之间的沟通与交流,通过建立良好的护患关系,一方面可以提高护理人员的专业知识以及提升护理技能,另一方面,可以为患者创造良好的治疗环境,提升患者的安全感,加强信任感,有助于良好护患关系的发展,从而促使患者早期康复,极大程度的提高护理质量。
Objective: To explore the significance of early nursing intervention in cardiovascular patients and to analyze the impact of setting up the relationship between nurses and patients in cardiovascular medicine. Methods: Fifty-six patients admitted to Department of Cardiology of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 28 patients in each group. During the hospitalization, both groups took routine Nursing intervention methods, while the observation group of patients in the routine nursing intervention based on the implementation of early nursing intervention. On the 5th and 6th days after the surgery, the nurse-patient relationship trust scale was used to conduct a comprehensive survey to summarize the relationship between nurses and patients. Results: The two groups of patients produced by the trust relationship between nurses and patients the results of a comprehensive survey, in its total score was not statistically significant, the two groups showed that P values ?? were greater than 0.05; and nurse-patient relationship trust Of the 41 integrated projects, the observation group there are 32 items in the average score greater than the control group, the other 8 items, after a statistical analysis, P values ?? were less than 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Reasonable and effective nursing intervention can enhance the communication and exchange between nurses and patients. By establishing a good nurse-patient relationship, on the one hand, it can enhance the professional knowledge of nursing staff and enhance nursing skills, on the other hand, it can create good for patients Treatment environment to enhance the patient’s sense of security and enhance the sense of trust, contribute to the development of a good nurse-patient relationship, thus enabling patients to recover early, to a great extent improve the quality of care.
