目的 探讨肺癌组织中MAGE 12的蛋白表达、定位及其与临床病理分型之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测 17例肺癌标本中MAGE 12蛋白表达及细胞内定位。结果 17例中 11例蛋白水平表达 ,表达率为 6 4 .7% ,其中 15例肺鳞癌中 10例表达MAGE 12蛋白 ,2例肺腺癌中 1例表达。 11例蛋白水平表达的样本及 1例已知阳性表达MAGE 12的LB373 MEL细胞株均定位于细胞质 ,反应呈棕黄色。结论 MAGE 12蛋白在肺癌有较高的表达率 ,基于MAGE 12基因及其蛋白作为新的疫苗可能是一个有前途的治疗肺癌的免疫治疗方法
Objective To investigate the expression and localization of MAGE 12 in lung cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological classification. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MAGE 12 and its localization in 17 lung cancer specimens. Results The protein expression of 11 cases was detected in 17 cases, the expression rate was 64.7%. MAGE 12 protein was expressed in 10 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma and 1 case of 2 cases of lung adenocarcinoma. Eleven samples of protein expression level and one case of LB373 MEL cell line with known positive expression of MAGE 12 were located in the cytoplasm, the reaction was brown. Conclusion MAGE 12 protein has a high expression rate in lung cancer. Based on MAGE 12 gene and its protein as a new vaccine, it may be a promising immunotherapy for lung cancer
