利用初值比较法分析了投资系统发展方程在定常状态下解的渐近稳定性，得到了当时间趋于无穷时其解的极限是存在的，且在空间Ｃ１［０，ａｍ］上是全局渐近稳定的。
The initial value comparison method is used to analyze the asymptotic stability of the solution of the investment system evolution equation under the steady state. It is found that there exists the limit of the solution when the time goes to infinity, and it is global in the space C1 [0, am] Asymptotically stable.
