目的探讨在超声引导下对肾囊肿进行穿刺并注入硬化剂无水乙醇进行治疗的效果。方法在超声引导下对105例肾囊肿患者的112个囊肿进行穿刺抽吸囊液后注入无水乙醇直接冲洗(无水乙醇总量不予控制),观察治疗效果。结果112个囊肿中,治愈97个,明显有效10个,有效5个,无效0个。治愈率为86.61%,有效率为100.00%。无1例出现肾囊肿破裂、出血、乙醇过敏等并发症。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿效果明显,过程安全。
Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided renal cyst puncture and injection of sclerosant anhydrous ethanol for treatment. Methods One hundred and thirteen cysts of 105 patients with renal cysts were punctured and aspirated directly into the cyst by direct injection of absolute alcohol (without control of total amount of absolute ethanol) under ultrasound guidance. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results Among the 112 cysts, 97 were cured, 10 were effective, 5 were effective and 0 were ineffective. The cure rate was 86.61% and the effective rate was 100.00%. No one case of renal cyst rupture, bleeding, alcohol allergy and other complications. Conclusion Ultrasound guided percutaneous sclerosis treatment of renal cysts obvious effect, process safety.
