室壁瘤的形成是急性心肌梗死(AMI)后常见的严重并发症,常见于左心室。临床上多以外科治疗为主,包培荣教授采用中西医结合辨证治疗左心室室壁瘤1例,取得了良好疗效。
The formation of aneurysm is a common serious complication after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and is common in the left ventricle. Clinically based on more surgical treatment, Professor Bao Peirong syndrome differentiation using traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of left ventricular aneurysm in 1 case, and achieved good results.
