浙江正宇机电有限公司创建于1982年,当时定名为永康矿山机械厂。1986年研制开发SL-12型农用运输车(运输型拖拉机),1987年通过浙江省科委鉴定,被金华市评为星火新产品二等奖,同年被浙江四方集团公司选为协作定点企业。1991年研制开发了0.75t农用厢式车。1992年加盟浙江四方集团,成为该集团的紧密层企业,加工部件、生产农用运输车及运输型拖拉机(整机)。1994年企业改制为民营企业,原企业永康矿山机械厂更名为浙江正宇机电有限公司。
Zhejiang Zhengyu Electrical Co., Ltd. was founded in 1982, was named Yongkang Mining Machinery Factory. In 1986, it researched and developed SL-12 agricultural vehicle (transport tractor). In 1987, it passed the appraisal of Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Committee and was awarded the second prize of Spark new product by Jinhua City. In the same year, it was selected as the designated enterprise by Zhejiang Sifang Group Company. In 1991 developed 0.75t agricultural van. Joined Zhejiang Sifang Group in 1992 and became the group’s close-knit company, processing components, production of agricultural vehicles and transport tractors (整机). Enterprise restructuring in 1994 for private enterprises, the original enterprise Yongkang Mining Machinery Factory changed its name to Zhejiang Zhengyu Electrical Co., Ltd ..
