“大哥大”——移动电话的别名,时下可谓家喻户晓的时髦名词。以往,“大哥大”是商界的宠物。而眼下,许多党政机关干部纷纷争配“大哥大”,这不能不引起人们的深思。 不能说很正常。在官员争配“大哥大”的背后,有许许多多不廉洁现象。 官员们的“新行头” “大哥大”本是一种通讯工具,现在却被赋予某种社会属性。成为权力与财富的象征,或是一种福利和待遇。于是乎,一些地方和单位就有了明文决议或口头约定:官至某级,可配“大哥大”。某市党政机关工作人员配置“大哥大”506部,金额559.32万元,涉及181个部门、506名干部。其中,市直机关32个部门配置149部,7个县区149个单位配置357部;地厅级干部配置7部,县处级干部配置171部,乡科级干部配置268部,其他职级干部配置60部。地方财政最困难
