In the trial manufacture of a gun barrel muzzle brake of a certain tank gun and the practice of welding production, the tissue genetic phenomenon during the welding of PCrNi3Mo gun steel was found. Through the welding production of hundreds of products, combined with large and small artillery firing tests, the tissue Influencing Factors of Genetic Phenomena on Structural Ability to Resist Low Cycle Impact Fatigue. Starting from the actual results of the experiment, it is clearly pointed out that the existence of tissue genetic phenomena is the basic reason causing the fatigue ability of the welded structure to decline and the low-stress failure. The authors believe that the important issue of high-strength steel welding, not only to prevent cold cracking in the welded joint area. More importantly, we should try to avoid the phenomenon of tissue genetic.
