随着信息化的发展,电子文件已经以其无可争议的生命力成为人类社会记录信息、传达信息、留存信息的重要工具。但是由于电子文件是在数字设备及环境中生成的,这就造成了其内容与载体的可分离性,使得电子文件极易被篡改、复制。这严重影响了电子文件的原始性。因此,为了能够更好的利用电子文件信息,笔者从可行措施等方面研究保证电子文件的原始性问题。一、电子文件原始性认定的作用
