浙江航海学会于今年十月十七日至十月十九日在浙江省富阳县召开成立大会。省交通,水产、海洋研究、驻浙海军以及航海教育、科研等51个单位的94名航海专业的学者、专家、科技工作者和航海管理干部参加了成立大会。会议根据中国航海学会会章制订了浙江航海学会工作条例,选举了学会理事会并研究了一九八二年的学会活动计划。交通部科技委主任高原、交通部付总工程师、中国航海学会付理事长周启新,交通部远洋公司付总经理周延瑾,浙江省科协付主席,党组书记钱铭歧均出席了会议。
Zhejiang Navigation Society held a founding meeting in Fuyang County, Zhejiang Province from October 17 to October 19 this year. 94 sailing professional scholars, experts, scientists and technicians and naval management cadres from 51 departments including provincial transportation, aquatic products, marine research and the Zhejiang navy as well as sailing education and scientific research attended the inaugural meeting. According to the conference of the China Maritime Academy, the conference formulated the rules and regulations of the Zhejiang Maritime Academy, elected the Institute Council and studied the 1982 Plan of Association Activities. Director of Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Transportation Plateau, Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Transportation, China Shipping Institute to pay the Secretary Zhou Qixin, Ministry of Transportation Ocean Shipping Company General Manager Zhou Yanjin, Zhejiang Province Association for science and technology to pay chairman, party secretary Qian Mingqi attended the meeting.
