档案作为一种特殊的信息资源,同样对社会组织的发展和生存起到重要作用。目前在贵州省乌当区内的企业经营规模大小不一,企业经营的性质有差异的发展现状下。企业内部人员的流动性比较快,企业的办公场所、基础设施等往往因为企业的时代发展和工作需要而常常发生变化。以上的因素都有可能导致乌当区企业档案资料保存的不稳定,企业的档案资料的流失,以至于企业档案难以长时间的保管继承。在这样的档案管理状况下,可想而知档案的处境是多么大的危机下,企业经营管理者殊不知,那一张张纸质记载和承载企业发展的命运,所以,乌当区企业档案是企业经营管理者所遗忘的最美后花园。
