伴随计算机技术发展,煤矿开采自动化已经成为必然发展趋势。作为煤矿综采中高效多产的关键技术设备之一的液压支架电液控制系统,其在煤矿生产中地位越发突出。为了摆脱国内对该系统进口的依赖性,对液压支架电液控制系统进行深入研究具有重要意义。对液压支架电液控制系统的原理做了介绍,并分别对采煤机位置检测系统、液压支架控制器、巷道主机以及本质安全型网络进行了设计。
With the development of computer technology, coal mining automation has become an inevitable trend. As one of the key technology and equipment of high efficiency and prolific in the fully mechanized coal mining, hydraulic support electrohydraulic control system has become more prominent in coal mine production. In order to get rid of the domestic dependence on the import of the system, the hydraulic support hydraulic control system for further study of great significance. The principle of electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support was introduced, and the position detection system of shearer, hydraulic support controller, host of roadway and intrinsically safe network were designed respectively.
