患者 男，１３岁。因右胸阵发性刺痛５个月，发热、发现右胸包块３个月。患者病后感右胸阵发性刺痛伴轻微咳嗽，无咳痰、咯血和盗汗，但感乏力，体重减轻。在当地医院经抗感染和抗结核治疗１个月效果不佳。后咳嗽加重伴发热，体温３７５～３８５℃，于１９８０年１２月２
Patient male, 13 years old. Due to the right chest paroxysmal pain for 5 months, fever and found the right chest mass 3 months. Patients with a sense of right thorax paroxysmal stinging with a slight cough, no sputum, hemoptysis and night sweats, but no sense of fatigue, weight loss.
