目的探讨在子宫输卵管造影过程中,数字化成像在减轻医生和患者所受X线辐射及提高影像质量方面的价值。方法对100例患者在DSA机下行子宫输卵管造影,记录曝光时间和影像质量,与以往常规造影进行对比。结果曝光时间18~50 s,采集一系列图像动态观察,可全程观察输卵管的通畅情况。结论 DSA机下子宫输卵管造影,不仅可获得满意的诊断图像,并且可以大大减少医生和患者所受X线的辐射。
Objective To explore the value of digital imaging in alleviating X-ray radiation and improving image quality of doctors and patients in the course of hysterosalpingography. Methods 100 cases of patients underwent DSA machine hysterosalpingography, recording exposure time and image quality, compared with conventional imaging. The results of exposure time 18 ~ 50 s, collecting a series of dynamic image observation, tubal patency can be observed throughout the situation. Conclusions DSA machine hysterosalpingography, not only can obtain satisfactory diagnostic images, and can greatly reduce the doctor and the patient suffered X-ray radiation.
