本文研究了不同Fe含量对凿岩用WC-Co硬质合金钎片性能的影响,现场对比了有Fe与无Fe的WC-10%Co凿岩用硬质合金钎片的使用情况。结果表明:Fe对硬质合金矫顽磁力影响显著,随着Fe含量的增加,硬质合金的矫顽磁力、钴磁、硬度升高,WC晶粒度降低,密度、抗弯强度稍有下降。根据现场凿岩测试情况,确定了Fe在凿岩用WC-Co硬质合金钎片中的合理范围。
In this paper, the effect of different Fe content on the performance of WC-Co cemented carbide drill bits for rock drilling was investigated. The use of WC carbide cemented carbide drill bits with and without Fe was contrasted in situ. The results show that Fe has a significant effect on the coercive force of cemented carbide. With the increase of Fe content, the coercive force, cobalt magnetic and hardness of the cemented carbide increase, while the grain size of WC decreases and the density and flexural strength decrease slightly . According to the on-site rock drilling test situation, the reasonable range of Fe in WC-Co hard alloy drill bits for rock drilling was determined.
