对8具成龄狗的干头颅进行了配合外科截骨术的快速扩弓实验,并通过电测应变分析法,分析快速扩弓中的骨组织拮抗区。结果表明其拮抗区主要在腭中缝及唇颊侧骨组织,对干头颅进行Leo-fortⅠ型截骨及腭中缝截骨后快速扩弓,其电测应变值比截骨前明显减小。
Eight dogs with dry skull were treated with surgical osteotomy for rapid expansion of the bow, and by electrical strain analysis method to analyze the rapid expansion of the bone tissue antagonistic zone. The results showed that the antagonistic zone was mainly located in the palatal slot and the buccal bone. Leo-fort Ⅰ osteotomy and rapid osteotomy of the dorsal cranial fossa were performed on the dry skulls. The measured electrical strain values were significantly lower than those before osteotomy.
