一、战略挑战可以转化为战略机遇中国今后面临更多的是战略挑战还是战略机遇?现在大部分观点是倾向于战略挑战大于战略机遇。我认为,中国还是战略机遇大于战略挑战,但是机遇和挑战的表现形式和内涵都跟过去30年不同了。过去30年,中国的战略机遇可以分成三类:其一,主要战略对手或者是某个主要地区发生的严重危机,如苏联解体、东南亚金融危机、美国“9·11”恐怖袭击事件、
