1981年12月15~17日由四机部十四院、清华大学、北京钢铁学院、中国军事医学科学研究院、北京电子管厂、北京钢铁研究院等单位的代表参加,对四机部一四一二所八室的“用激光全息干涉术测定陶瓷—金属封接件热应力”研究课题进行了鉴定。会议听取了该课题的技术报告和工作报告,审阅了全部技术文件和照片,并到现场观看了实验装置和全息底片。会议指出:测定陶瓷—金属封接应力在国内外都是一项难题,由于陶瓷是非透明介质,而且封口狭窄,测量温度高,所以用传统的偏光仪、应变片、拉力计法、热冲击法……都
