针对磨料磨具生产专业设备特点,从治理设备漏油着手,我厂在实践中试用二硫化钼润滑材料,对设备进行技术改造,逐步在适当的范围变稀油润滑为半固体、固体润滑取得了初步成效。现举几例说明如下: 1.我厂烧成砂轮的倒焰窑热风机,原设计用滑动轴承,稀油润滑。由于高温辐射加上本身密封不好,润滑油流失严重,每班每台漏油2公斤,三班连续运转,损失可观。在1978年将风机轴缩短,改滑动轴承为滚动轴承,用高温二硫化钼脂润滑,效果良好,每台每年节油600公斤之多。17台风机先后全部改装,至今运转良好。
