[目的]建立瑶药红凉伞的质量分析方法。[方法]采用TLC法鉴别红凉伞药材的主要成分,根据2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》的方法对红凉伞药材的水分、总灰分及醇溶性浸出物进行测定。[结果]本实验的薄层色谱条件有较好的分离效果,且重复性较好,薄层色谱鉴别特征可以作为红凉伞药材的鉴别依据;水分、总灰分及醇溶性浸出物的测定结果为:水分8.84%~12.40%,总灰分2.62%~4.80%,酸不溶性灰分0.37%~0.97%,浸出物含量13.40%~16.85%。[结论]本实验的鉴别方法可用于红凉伞的质量控制,研究结果可为红凉伞的开发利用和建立质量标准提供科学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish the quality analysis method of Yaozao red umbrella. [Method] TLC method was used to identify the main components of red umbrella medicinal materials. According to the 2010 edition of “The People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia” method, the water, total ash and alcohol-soluble extract of red parachutes were determined. [Result] The TLC conditions of this experiment had better separation effect and better repeatability. TLC identification characteristics could be used as the identification basis of the red umbrella medicinal materials. The determination results of water, total ash and alcohol-soluble extract As follows: moisture 8.84% ~ 12.40%, total ash 2.62% ~ 4.80%, acid insoluble ash 0.37% ~ 0.97%, extract content 13.40% ~ 16.85%. [Conclusion] The identification method of this experiment can be used for the quality control of red umbrella. The research results can provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of red umbrella and the establishment of quality standards.
