采用萝卜根系对环境中铅、镉的富集修复作用进行了研究。结果表明,根系对铅的富集净化过程在前12 h 可能为快速的吸附过程, 12 h 后为慢速的化学沉淀和细胞吸收过程,且在高浓度处理条件下,化学沉淀过程相对较强。根系对镉的富集净化过程在前24 h 以吸附为主, 24 h 后吸收过程比较显著。铅、镉复合处理情况下,根系对铅、镉存在竞争吸附作用和颉抗吸收作用,对铅、镉富集修复产生一定影响。
Radish roots were used to study the effects of lead and cadmium enrichment in the environment. The results showed that the enrichment and purification process of Pb in root system may be a rapid adsorption process in the first 12 h, followed by a slow chemical precipitation and cell uptake process after 12 h, and the chemical precipitation process is relatively strong under high concentration treatment conditions . The enrichment purification process of cadmium in the root system was mainly adsorption in the first 24 h, and the absorption process was significant after 24 h. In the case of lead and cadmium complex treatment, the root system had competitive adsorption and anti-absorption effects on lead and cadmium, and had an impact on the enrichment and repair of lead and cadmium.
