以互联网上关于艺术设计专业的岗位招聘信息为调查对象,分别对北京、上海、广州、深圳、长沙五地的设计人才市场需求情况进行调查、统计和分析,结果显示就业市场对应届艺术设计毕业生需求甚少,主要原因在于应届生的从业素质结构尚未完善,不能很好地适应岗位任职的需要。为了提高应届毕业生的就业率,增强其进入社会后的生存能力与可持续发展能力,增加其获得职业成功的机会,在大学四年的艺术设计教育过程中,就应注重对就业市场进行动态研究,以就业市场终端为依据,完善艺术设计专业学生素质结构,使学生在走上工作岗位前就具备相应的职业素养。
