在新的经济社会发展形势下,高等职业院校培养的人才,不仅需要具备一定的专业技术能力,更需要具备良好的职业道德,只有这样培养出的人才,才能在激烈的市场竞争中取胜。但是,由于我国高职教育发展起步晚,且发展速度迅猛的特点,导致我国现阶段高等职业院校的德育课在教学理念、教学模式、教学方法上,远远落后于高职学生的发展实际,不能发挥德育课真正的实效性。所以,只有对高等职业院校德育课教学模式进行改革与创新,才能满足经济社会发展对于人才的需求,使高等职业教育在经济建设发展中起到更大的作用。
