随着社会经济的快速发展,劳动力市场需求发生变化,使得制造业中实用型高水平技术人才短缺现象严重。钳工作为机械行业的一个必备的工种。是用手工工具并经常在台虎钳上进行手工操作的一个工种。由于其适应性强得以在机械行业广泛应用。如何在钳工教学中,提高学生积极性,提高实用性日益重要。然而在传统钳工教学中,高校教师书本灌输,内容枯燥,学生缺少参与教学实践,实际操作机会,失去学习兴趣,降低学习积极性。这对现在很多高职院校提出更高要求。本文就钳工实际教学,提高实习教学质量提出几点见解。
With the rapid social and economic development, labor market demand has changed, making the shortage of practical and high-level skilled workers in the manufacturing industry serious. Fitter work for the machinery industry an essential type of work. It is a type of work that is done manually by hand tools and often on bench vice. Because of its adaptability in the machinery industry widely used. How to improve the enthusiasm of the fitter and improve the practicability is increasingly important. However, in the traditional fitter teaching, college teachers’ books are inculcated, the content is boring, the students lack of participation in teaching practice, practical operation opportunities, lose interest in learning and reduce the enthusiasm of learning. This is a lot of higher vocational colleges put forward higher requirements. In this paper, fitter practical teaching, improve the quality of teaching practice put forward some views.
